Poor quality. No refund. Bad communication.
I purchased a photo projection necklace for my sister in law when her mum died. The jewellery was fine but the image was covered in marks. My daughter instructed me to gently clean it with a glasses cloth. She had ordered from a different company and that was the instruction. When I did, half the image wiped off. The company offered me an exchange but I refused as I suspect the replacement would be just as poor quality. I asked for a refund (the item was not cheap) and have not heard from them since! DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY. The company response (below) is clearly generic. They HAVE all the details and photos. They have since offered me a 30% refund and a $10 voucher to use at their online store. They even encouraged me to share it with others. WHAT A JOKE!!!
