We purchased two sofas with delivery included. One of the cushions had a small separation along one of the beaded seams. A technician was summoned and he did an in house repair with meticulous detail. From sales to delivery to repair, Sofas and Sectionals has been commendable!! I highly recommend them. Thank You, Paul
