Ordered a flightsim panel, never delivered, no refund yet
Ordered a flightsim panel. Delivery was attempted but the item was returned to Winwingsim due to apparently incorrect address. I confirmed with the shipper AND Winwing that the address was correct. Winwing refused to deal with the shipper regarding their mistake. They said they would issue a refund minus the cost of returning the item. A week and half later, there is no refund and according to Winwing the item was not returned yet. I have proof of delivery back to Winwing from the shipper. The Help chat is useless, they refuse to deal with the issue.
