Title: SCAM WARNING – Refused to Refund Undelivered Item! I placed an order with Oopbuy on March 27, 2025, and paid €43.50 via Klarna. After placing the order, I was suddenly asked to pay a high customs fee – something that was never mentioned during checkout. I canceled the order immediately. The product was never shipped or delivered. It still remains in their warehouse, as even confirmed by their own support. Yet, Oopbuy is refusing to issue a refund. Their excuse? "The item stayed too long in the warehouse." That is not my responsibility – I never even received the package! I contacted Klarna, who confirmed that the invoice has been paused, but Oopbuy is deliberately blocking the refund. This behavior is dishonest and unacceptable. Oopbuy is clearly engaging in shady business practices and taking money for products they don’t deliver. Avoid this company at all costs. They are unreliable, untrustworthy, and completely unprofessional.
