Good product not so good customer service
I should start with I like the products but was left wanting more with customer service. I had my eye on two coolers from Black Friday thru Christmas but neither were in stock. I reached out to get a rain check on sale price and was told no way. I continued to receive promo email after promo email about the sale and for a solid month never did the coolers come back in stock. I felt a bit of a bait and switch like canyon knew the good stuff would sell out quick and they just wanted to unload the old.
