I serve as a leader of our pickleball group. We pool our resources to buy equipment to augment our pickleball playing experience . We have 4 A11N nets now because we recently purchased our last net. There was a problem with the net that was packaged. I contacted the company by email and they responded in less than 24 hours, They acknowledged our problem and stated that a replacement was being sent. They told me when it was sent from them and a tracking number! I received the net and we replaced it on the net frame inside of 20 minutes; it barely held up play. I was asked to provide a final report on the status of the situation and to rate the support we received. I gave “5 stars” because inside of 4 days we had our problem taken care of and their agent Harper was outstanding!!
