No real updates, refund offers feels like SCAM
My shipment got delayed, and their email replies from support do not tell me neither ETA nor location. They just keep saying over and over that waiting on system update. At this point they gave me 2 options, to pay more to ship it again or to get a refund but look at this: "we can refund you, but we have to minus the shipping fee and the loss of the product from the refund" Either way I will lose my money. This is probably a SCAM. I lost 60 USD on this.
