I have been scammed I ordered reading glasses over 2 months ago and I paid online $30 including the shipping costs. I was receiving a weekly report from the customer service support team regarding the move of my parcel.. Last week I got a message saying that my package was delivered. I messaged the company and inquired about my order.. The supplier support team asked me to check with my local post service which I did.. The tracking number is unknown to local post system. I requested information about the supplier transportation handling company.. They didn't send it to me. I sent many messages requesting a proof of delivery but I didn't receive any response. I asked to replace the order again or reimbursement but no response.. I doubt that this company is honest.. It seems like a big scam. No real updates, refund offers feels like SCAM
My shipment got delayed, and their email replies from support do not tell me neither ETA nor location. They just keep saying over and over that waiting on system update. At this point they gave me 2 options, to pay more to ship it again or to get a refund but look at this: "we can refund you, but we have to minus the shipping fee and the loss of the product from the refund" Either way I will lose my money. This is probably a SCAM. I lost 60 USD on this.

Ordered items before Xmas. Now it is February. They say items were delivered but they were not (cameras do not show delivery). They will not refund or resend. They just take your money.

Ordered a product and at checkout it confirmed the price. PayPal confirmed the price. However, my credit card was charged 20% more for ‘vat’. - vat not chargeable - already had checked out and the extra monies just went on the credit card. It’s a fraud.
My item never arrived
My item never arrived. When I reached out to them they said that it was delivered, according to their shipping company. I reviewed cameras both from my house and the house across the street and no delivery was made within the 7 day period they said the item arrived. Terrible experience and I wish I had read the reviews here before purchasing anything from them.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SITE! I read all the bad reviews and still made the bad decision to do so. I ordered 2 things as a Christmas present for my daughter. It took them TWO MONTHS to get to me, so they missed Christmas by weeks, and also they both arrived broken. Been emailing them back and forth for over a month and they will not give me my money back! I gave them so many chances and sent them photos of everything. Then they said they need all outposts to be in one photo, so I did that. Now they’re only offering a replacement. I don’t want a replacement! It missed Christmas by a month. Give me my money back!!! Words can’t express how fraudulent this company is.

Ordered and payed for 4 items. Received just 1. Now they ask me to send pictures, QR code, shipping label, etc … They are thieves !!! Do not order them anything.
They won't take responsibility for a lost item
It took 6 weeks for my item to make its way from the US to the delivery company, Evri. I was out when the parcel arrived and I think it was misdelivered as I couldn't find it anywhere. Evri did not give notice of the date and approx time of delivery. I went to both Roseowder and Evri to ask about compensation - but each one says the other is responsible. I will never use this company again as once they have your money they don't care.
