Customer service Toni was the best part of dealing with the company
The best experienced with the company was the communication with the employee Toni. She was an expert communicator, very customer oriented and very helpful. If not for Toni the company would get less than 1 star - as they were not able to fulfill my order - they didn’t have a part in stock, didn’t have any lead time available regarding when the part will be in stock and didn’t send me any such information. Glad that after waiting in vain for the order to arrive I called and spoke to Tony. She was very pleasant, helpful, spoke clearly and was able to cancel an order for me, provided a part number so I could pursue it somewhere else. I understand, that mishaps happen. Toni is the only reason the company gets 4 stars review from me.
