The support team has definitely gone above and beyond. They resolved a mishap that occured quickly and professionally. Not only did they email me but they also had a representative call to help with the situation. In a day in age where it is so frustrating to have to deal with AI support bots, it was very reassuring to be able to speak to a human being!
