Horrible delivery, customer service and product
Horrible delivery, customer service and product. Ordered the roam32 tablet and delivery was delayed for a month. When the product was finally delivered, it was laggy and the remote control did not work. Did several troubleshoots and even arranged for the technician to physically access the product. Technician told us that the product has received alot of complaints and the product is not as advertised. Advised us to wait for Prism+ to arrange for pick up and refund, yet, when I contacted the customers service to follow up, they mentioned that the technician's report did not warrant a pick up and refund. Do not believe the 7 days guaranteed refund promise. Bad company with bad product. Will not purchase anything from PRISM+ again and I will advise anyone who is looking to buy to stay clear.
