scam exchange
scam exchange, they froze the wallet of one of my coins in the portfolio, when i asked regarding that i was told that there is some error in the wallet and we are fixing it. I will be informed as soon as the wallet is fixed and then i will be able to withdraw my coins. this never happened and after a month those coins got delisted from the exchange, and i lost my coins. When i spoke to their customer support regarding this, they just kept copy pasting me same messages over and over again. When i continuously kept asking i was blocked from chat support. If you can move to another exchange please do so, this is not the first time i am loosing my coins on this exchange.
