Horrible Customer Service
I ordered on 4/19 and my necklace has yet to ship as of 5/2. 10 Business days and still has NOT shipped. I have emailed CS 3 tines and no respsone. I am at the ship-to addrss for another few days and this is a Mother's Day present. Horrible Service.
