ABYSMAL CUSTOMER SERVICE
I purchased two pairs of shoes, both size 40. One pair fit; the other did not. Despite showing a picture of the difference in size between the 2 pairs of shoes, the best the company would offer is a discount. The worst was to pay the shipping and customs duties to return the item (which would be much more than the cost of the shoe - I checked). Despite the fact that the other pair of shoes are top notch and I will use them, my customer experience with the other pair has been so abysmal that I WOULD RECOMMEND NOT ORDERING ANY ITEM from this company.
