I registered a domain with their sister site, truehost.co.za, and paid, and then the following day, I got an email telling me that the domain had been registered before but they had credited my account. I immediately raised a ticket requesting that they credit the card that was used for the transaction because this experience alone was bad enough to ever want to pay them money for any service. The ticket indicated high priority and that I would get a response in 12 hours. 24 hrs later, still no response except automated responses about escalation from their bot! If you want to register a domain with them, think twice or check elsewhere first to confirm domain availability.
