Elaine Exceeded my Expectations!
Elaine was wonderful to work with & regarding a fabric issue I had on the Palliser recliner I purchased. She was very responsive, professional and worked diligently to help with receiving a small credit on my purchase due to the back flap fabric issue on the chair. Elaine exceeded my expectations and I'm a pleased customer. Thank you Elaine!
