Ordered and paid for black chopsticks
Ordered and paid for black chopsticks. They sent red and refused to exchange or refund because they said red ones were “functional.” They would not acknowledge that they had sent the wrong ones even with a copy of my order. They offered to refund me 15% for their mistake. I purchased the correct color elsewhere. Extremely poor customer service.
