Scam do not trust they are horrible. Got to my hotel no reservations made but payment was taken...called customer service 2 times no help but was told it will be fixed in 15 minutes not fixed called again and was hung up on....not trustable book with someone else please dont go through what i went through gluk... update they just called the hotel at 5pm 4 hours after my booking....non refundable but im hoping they work things out to refund me...still would not recommend using them but hoping i get my money back..a very big hoping.
