Bought a Ender 3 Max Neo in October…
Bought a Ender 3 Max Neo in October 2024. Since then I have had to replace the CRTouch leveling probe 5 times. I have told Creality support that the machine has a defect, they have disagreed, but are willing to continue to send me replacement CRTouch parts. I have asked for a replacement again and again with no success. I have now requested a refund on this defective machine and have been been so much as told, Too bad for you. So yes, Stay away from this company, but elsewhere.
