30-Day Money Back Is a Lie
FIrst of all it took 3 days to get a reply the first time I requested a refund but apparently it was the wrong site. Not only do you pay through a separate service but they aren't even the ones who handle the refunds despite the refund button and library layout they force you to every time you want to look at your info. Secondly, their 30-Day money back "guarantee" isn't even a thing! I have been denied a refund 3 times now without explanation. This fourth rejection was just "You don't meet the refund policy" again with no info. Let alone it's a different "person", responding to me everytime and they don't read what I'm explaining in the first place They make you run in circles, refuse to give you your money back no matter if you're in the 30-days or not and don't actually read your emails, just sending automated responses that "get the job done". #1598071
