A very courteous team to deal with
I received excellent service from the FastSpring support team recently. I had made an error while purchasing a program and realized that I had inadvertantly ordered two programs the same instead of the one. However, on checking on the value of the program to me I again realized that I didn't really need it. I contacted FastSpring immediately explaining my problem and requesting a refund. And without any hesitation the team kindly agreed to my request and refunded the whole amount paid. They were very courteous during my dealings. Thank you team.
