Redemptions are non existent
Redemptions are non existent. I've been waiting on a 1,000 redemption for a month now. My 1st attempt I was kicked out line because of a "technical error", then I was asked to cancel my 1nd request and resubmit because the changed payment companies, third I was denied with no explanation. I've spoken with Olivia, Phil and Mike many times. They all start off with polished chatbot like responses but if you get really mad they start responding with answers like "k" and "I don't know". All they do is talk in circles around you. No real answer. I contact them everyday and the same experience every time. When asked to be escalated to a supervisor or manager they so nothing. I wouldn't be surprised if all this is just a teenager in a basement messing with us. Avoid this place like the plague.
