Ignored by customer service
I ordered several shirts off Teachersgram. My order was mailed to the wrong COUNTRY. I have emailed them 3 times over the course of weeks to fix this, but I'm getting ignored. No response at all. UPDATE: It is now 5/23. 14 days since my original review. The company reached out to me after I posted the review. They told me they would send me a replacement order. I have not received that order either. I never got an email with any tracking info. When I asked them for the tracking info, I was ignored again. UPDATE: It's now 5/30. I got an email saying that they are waiting for me to confirm my address which I already gave them.
