They're marketed as a high-tech real estate company, but they can't even use their own app. They forced me to register on their app just to request property access, then redirected to send the property access code via text. I never received it. Their solution? Call this support number if you don't get the code, with wait times of over an hour. Since they're acting as the listing agent, they need to facilitate showings, but if they can't even get people into the property, their odds of getting any offers drop drastically.
