Package never delivered, no refund and terrible customer support
I ordered a joystick from WinWing, but the package was never delivered to my address. I contacted DHL about this and they told me that the package was in fact not delivered, even though it said so on the track and trace. I contacted WinWing about this, and they keep insisting that I received the package. Even DHL explaining that I never received the product isn't enough proof according to them. They keep on clinging to their "proof of delivery", which is just a screenshot of a track and trace document. Conclusion: - I have yet to receive a refund or a product. - The customer support of WinWing is useless.
