Very Disappointing Experience – Unresponsive After Initial Meeting We had a Zoom meeting with Mark, during which we answered all his questions and he confirmed he would send over a quote. Since then, we've followed up multiple times via email and have received no response at all. This kind of lack of communication and accountability is not a good way to start a business relationship. If this is how they treat potential clients, I can only imagine how they handle actual projects. Very disappointing — I wouldn’t recommend wasting your time.
