Original post: I ordered a bottle of bourbon and the seal was broke and the cap was pushed back so liquor spilled out. I took pictures and wrote customer and it was pretty much sorry about your luck and do a credit off shipping on your next order. Update on my review 2/12/26, customer service reached out to me and and was able to fix the problem for me. They reached out to vendor and was able to get a solution that we all agreed too. I would definitely buy from flaviar again. Mickalia was able to work with me and the vendor they brought from.
