Customer service is terrible
Purchased scooter in July. Fault occurred after 4 months. Company instructed me to return the scooter. Scooter delivered to their warehouse on 10 December (FedEx proof available). Over one month later, no replacement or refund received. Multiple follow-up emails sent with no response. Still waiting for resolution.
