Frustrating Host Experience – System Failures and Poor Support
As an existing host, my experience with the system has been extremely frustrating. Bookings often go missing, payments are inaccurate, and it's nearly impossible to keep track of anything reliably. The chat system doesn’t update in real time — you have to refresh just to see new messages. When reaching out for support, you're constantly redirected — every issue seems to be "not their department," and it's unclear who can actually help. This lack of accountability adds to the frustration. I strongly recommend that management go through the hosting process themselves to truly understand the challenges. System updates should improve the platform, not introduce new surprises and problems.
