Don’t purchase Bellami hair extensions
I purchased hair extensions from Bellami after carefully selecting a shade based on the photos and color descriptions provided on their website. Unfortunately, what I received looked nothing like what was advertised. The color was drastically different — not even close to what was shown online. I purchased during a Black Friday sale in November and was expecting to use them this month, I planned to change my hair color for a big wedding in Greece. I understand they don’t accept returns after 30 days but the color quality was awful. The bottom 3 inches of the hair was a bright blonde while the top area was dark. I will not be able to blend these with any color. I reached out to their customer service, they offered me a mere 15% discount, which felt more like a brush-off than a real solution. This experience was incredibly frustrating. Hair extensions are a high-cost, appearance-sensitive product, and customers rely on accurate product representation. If the colors aren’t true to the photos, it’s misleading — plain and simple. Refusing a return in a situation where the product was clearly misrepresented is not only poor customer service but borders on false advertising. Bellami promotes itself as a premium brand, but their practices do not reflect that. Consumers should be able to trust what they see and feel confident that the company will stand behind their product. I won’t be purchasing from Bellami again, and I encourage others to think twice before doing so — especially if you’re relying on accurate color matching. I hope this review helps others avoid the same experience, and I urge the company to reconsider their return policy and product accuracy for the sake of future customers.
