The worst experience in buying anything in my life ever!!!
For a couple of months now, I've been back and forth with Lumos regarding my order that I didn't receive (which is a bike helmet backed up as a project on Kickstarter), but they keep sending the same email every single time requesting the same info, and I reply every single time, but no answer from them... After I got fed up with all of this, I requested a full refund, so now they're claiming that the order is delivered (which is not)... furthermore, the order itself is missing the helmet according to the PledgeBox site when I click on the "View Order" button; no helmet in my order... So after delaying the original delivery time a couple of months (which was supposed to be in May according to their project on Kickstarter), they're not sending the item I backed in the first place, and now they claim they delivered it when I mentioned the refund... and I'm still sending emails... and I'm still waiting for a reply!!!
