Forget About a Return
I really wanted to love shopping at Baltic Born, but the return and exchange process is a major letdown. Be aware before you buy: you cannot exchange items. If something doesn’t work out, you have to return it, wait for a store credit, and then repurchase the item yourself hoping it's still in stock. What’s worse is that they won’t honor any previous discounts or free shipping, so you’ll end up paying those again when you reorder. That means if you bought something with a promo code or during a free shipping period, too bad you’re out of luck. And forget about getting your money back. Returns are only accepted for store credit, no exceptions. It really makes the whole experience frustrating and inconvenient. I won’t be shopping here again unless they seriously improve their policies.
