Amazing customer service / very happy with product
I have never written an online review in my life, so the fact I am writing this says a lot about how great this company's customer service is! I had a fantastic experience thanks to Vivan. I reached out to the company because I really wanted the gift I had ordered to be delivered by a certain date and Vivian went above and beyond to help me. She kept me update every step of the way, responded to my emails promptly and kindly, and even contacted the shipping carrier to request priority for my order. She was incredibly understanding and helpful, especially as I was quite stressed at the time. Her customer service made the whole process so much easier. I am so grateful for her support. Not to mention, the product I received is absolutely adorable! I will definitely be making a purchase from here again!!!
