Ups and Downs but Well Worth It
Well my initial plaque came broken due to poor labeling and packaging on the company’s part. However, they made up for it with quick responses to my concern and did not hesitate to ensure a replacement was processed and sent back to me immediately. I appreciated this and their responses were very fast as well. Overall, my experience was pretty good. They can sharpen up on the packaging of the plaques, though. Thankfully, my replacement came in one piece but the packaging still left a lot to be desired. But I’m thankful it all worked out and everyone I spoke with was very patient and helpful, especially Elsie!!

Father’s day gift arrived way past the date. Not as advertised at all! One of the balloon pumps arrived broken and the balloon doesn’t stay inflated for more than an hour. Stay away from this company.

The first thing i ordered came out…
The first thing i ordered came out TERRIBLE and looked nothing like the person I was ordering the gift for. It was for my dad for Father’s Day and what they sent me looked nothing whatsoever like the picture it was an embarrassment and I couldn’t have ever given it to him. So I wrote customer service and was pretty upset given the price tag of the item and that it was a gift I couldn’t give him now. Customer service did reach back out to me and offer me a quarter of my money back or a whole new item. I obv picked a new item rather get back like nothing. I sent them a new picture and they made me a new one that actually looked like 80% better than the junk they originally sent. So I will say customer service is great at this company. It was great they gave me a new item it just stunk that I couldn’t give it to my dad on Fathers Day Very happy with the new item. That is why I gave 3 stars. They did rectify it but I shouldn’t have ever been sent such junk to begin with.

misleading pictures
the pictures they have are so misleading, they seem to be 3D while the item is not, it is mentioned in the description but i didnt notice - my bad of course - however the pictures they use seem 100% 3D. Even in 2D the quality of the picture is very poor

Garbage
If I can stop just one person from buying this terrible, embarrassing, waste of money product my life would be worth it. It took forever to come and I was very disappointed. I can't believe how terrible this is. The website is misleading.

Product ordered, not product received
The product I ordered was not the product I received. I ordered a custom magic card to celebrate my husband for Father’s Day, instead I got a barely legible knock off. Looked like 2 sides of a slab of plastic were printed on. Do not recommend. However after days of communication I was finally able to receive a full refund back.

I was really disappointed when I got my order. The quality was poor, and it wasn’t worth the price. I ordered a lamp expecting it to be musical and made of glass, but it turned out to be completely different from what I expected

I absolutely love the product
I absolutely love the product, however I will say I was tricked into thinking it was an actual action figure set! But once I realized it was a 2D card and not a 3D set, I actually wasn't upset. I liked the final product. We put it in a frame. It's really good quality and was super cute. Def makes the perfect gift for someone who has everything!

Absolute crap. I did not even receive n email to confirm purchase. Product is so terrible I threw it in the garbage because it is so embarrassing. Oh, and they added $10 to the price without reason.

I ordered a custom viewfinder and the pictures were grainy and people were unrecognizable. I used the company's software and preview, which showed clear images. I contacted the company and their solution was to refund me $5.84 for a $32.84 order. I had to file with PayPal for my refund. Either this item is awful and a complete waste of money or I received a defective item. The company should have either refunded me in full or remade it, not made me go to PayPal. Horrible customer service. I am disappointed and now have to come up with a different father's day gift. I don't have time left to do anything super personalized now

Final product looks pretty bad.
The item came very quickly. They proof checking process was also very good. They sent you an example and if there were any changes they made them quickly. I gave two stars because the final product is terrible. Its flat. Which could have been my misunderstanding. It looks 3D in the images. I thought the desciption said 3D... I expected a little toy figure.The received product looks like it was printed off a printer and laminated. Its not crisp. The fake package lines are blurry. I equate it to someone having a bad photo, taking it to a print shop and printing off of a photo copy. Its for father's day and my son was very disappointed. I really wish it was better.

Orders not received. Horrible customer service.
Placed two separate orders & never received them despite being told they were delivered. Dealing with customer service for weeks was frustrating. Chat with Teresa proved incompetence. Asked for a supervisor over & over. After she ignored all my requests & ask why I needed a supervisor she then said they weren't available!!!!! I love the products from Spotify & as my grandson has been producing music for two years now I have placed many orders. I will now find another company.

They sell STOLEN art
I just found STOLEN products on their website. Is there no one veryfying that people do not simply upload photos that belong to other shops and use them as if they were theirs??!! The SKU is XHBPJJ0P2557X02 and it was originally made by Nita Vivar (@nitavivar on Instagram and TikTok). What a horrible place to buy from.
