Horrible from the start was promised by a certain day . Came 2 weeks later. Was put together poorly seems like glued on a flimsy piece of cardboard which was bent. Was missing the figures which was titled museum of us . The whole concept was to look like a museum with figures looking at the photos like they were works of art. But guess what no people. I could have did better by gluing photos in a shadow box and spend less then the $70 I paid. Will definitely never order from here again.
This was for Valentines Day it came 5 days before. I was at first alittle worried because the item had gone out of stock but they quickly restocked it and updated me swiftly. I would also like to complement the customer service, they got back to me quickly, double checked if all if my information was correct for shipping and even informed me when it wasn't so I could get my package on time. I 100% recommend this website for cute gifts for your partner. My only caution is if you need your gift for a specific holiday/event, order it a month in advance. I ordered my gift in January and it got here today in February. Overall the product looks amazing and I am very happy with it✨️

My boyfriend got me this as a sentimental valentines gift we are very upset. The quality is horrible the picture is fuzzy and we can barely make out our own faces. The words are the same fuzzy and blurry. The acrylic is all scratched right out of the “protective” layer. Holding it with care is not even worth the hassle with the quality it came with. SAVE YOUR MONEY!!

Terrible. Just absolutely terrible. If you looking to order something, and have them deceive you on what it actually is you are ordering, then go with these chumps. I had ordered what looked to be a 3D printed image of me along with little 3D printed accessories in an action figure packaging. Nope, just a picture of it where they didn’t even get the picture I sent them correct, they forgot my eyebrows. What a piss waste of $60. You’d be disgusted if you seen what they sent me for what I paid. It’s just unreal, and again, dishonest. I post this so no one else has to get taken advantage of, thinking they get something great and wind up with shit. If there is a way to contact the person to make sure it’s not just a little shitty made photo, I would definitely do that, so you don’t wind up wasting your time and money

I bought this for a present for my partners birthday. He loved it!! I absolutely loved the product. They had it shipped quickly, and everything was in perfect condition and looked amazing. Once it arrived in Australia, I was having severe difficulty with the delivery team who received my item, but the customer support team (I was in contact with Vicky) was amazing. She was replying straight away to my emails and she put in so much effort to help me receive my order. 10/10 product, 10/10 customer care.

Card came and my son’s face is hidden by the writing on the card, I didn’t understand why they didn’t move the photo up more (it was a Pokémon style one). Emailed them to see if we can get a new one so you can see my child’s face and no reply, chased up twice and nothing. Poor customer service
I placed an order a month ago, it was supposed to be delivered yesterday and said out for delivery. Tha post man was here but no package. I checked the tracking and it said "no such number" that is in fact my address and now my package is being sent back to the sender. I requested a refund as I am very upset but no one will help me.
