Ups and Downs but Well Worth It
Well my initial plaque came broken due to poor labeling and packaging on the company’s part. However, they made up for it with quick responses to my concern and did not hesitate to ensure a replacement was processed and sent back to me immediately. I appreciated this and their responses were very fast as well. Overall, my experience was pretty good. They can sharpen up on the packaging of the plaques, though. Thankfully, my replacement came in one piece but the packaging still left a lot to be desired. But I’m thankful it all worked out and everyone I spoke with was very patient and helpful, especially Elsie!!
