No communication,
After 3 days no update online about order, called to find out item was 1- 1 1/2 months back ordered so I asked for refund to be told it would only be 2 more weeks. Stated I still wanted a refund and only get email back that shipment is magically in stock and will be sent out in a week. Stated again I just wanted a refund and nothing. I have ordered from here before and never had problems, this will be the last time I ever even look at this company!
