Interior Icons is a company that's doing everything right, especially customer service! Maria was quick to respond to any questions I had, and was extremely helpful! Her responses felt personal, as if talking to a friend who genuinely cares about you. I ordered a Tufty couch and was very relieved to find out that Interior Icons offers a white glove delivery service (I live by myself in an upstairs apartment). Not to mention the phenomenal 10-year warranty! They'll also send you material/color swatches for free, which is nice if you're trying to do some furniture color matching.
