High quality, Very good customer service
I ordered from Asia region. The item I ordered was a custom made hat. I really liked how the information was updated after each step was completed. This gave the customer a sense of security and made the anticipation grow as they understood the process, which was an exciting moment. Furthermore, they were very accommodating when I wanted to change the delivery address just before the shipment, which was very helpful. There were times when I felt the response was slow during the several email exchanges, but I believe this was due to the time zone difference. The product was of higher quality than I expected. The carefully hand-woven hat body, leather sweat band, embroidered lining, and other features give it a very luxurious finish. The box in which the product was packaged was also sturdy and designed to prevent the hat from losing its shape. I would like to take this opportunity to thank owner Mr.Casey Dalzell's great job. I am looking forward to get another one from you again.
