Derrick was extremely friendly and professional in all aspects of handling my issue. He took his time to research the replacement part I needed to ensure that I got the correct part. The entire experience with Derrick far exceeded my expectations. Thank you! Unfortunately, the shipping has been TERRIBLE! It's been ten days since I placed the order and the part has still not shown up. Tracking the order on the FedEx site it indicated that it's supposed to be delivered today. I'm optimistic that will happen.
