Terrible customer support
Storage is in China so if you are buying make sure everything is perfect because you are not getting a return. I sent an item to return it was in transit for half a year and it got rejected. An accessory I bought fell apart within 2 weeks. The quality of the clothes and shipping times are fine. Edit: You replied that you have tried reaching out to me, but I have not received a SINGLE email from your end, so I don't know how you expected me to clarify anything. Also I forgot to mention a few things. The sizing chart is completely useless, I used it and the size was way off, I could fit my whole body in one of the legs. I have sucesfully wasted 20+ euros on shipping for a return, that I did not even get and I am stuck with this oversized garbage. Amazing.
