Courses and customer ticket system are broken (full of bugs)
I came across several critical bugs and issues during different courses. It's not possible to finish even the most hyped career track "Associate AI Engineer for Developers" as it returns an API timeout error when trying to submit the solution in a specific exercise (course: "Working with the OpenAI Responses API). And whenever I reply to the customer support emails, I never get a response back, so either their ticket system is broken, or their support team does not care. Both is frustrating as a paying customer.
