You get a tremendous value for your money with DataCamp. They have many courses for whatever your skill level is. You can also practice what you have learned with their practice programs. This way, you don't get stale. DataCamp is a wealth of knowledge at your fingertips. I love the videos and AI tutor. The AI tutor is very helpful explaining what you don't understand. Just be honest and it will break it down for you.

Best learning app ever
The best learning app I've seen in my entire life, a lot of great courses, both for a recap of what you already knew and also for learning new concepts extremely fast, easily and well. They also have the Review part where you get quizzes from earlier completed courses, a lifesaver for an average (at most) memory like mine, and the hands-on exercises for software like Snowflake or Tableau was extremely well designed and great, you had virtual machines that ran perfectly and I completed the exercises without a single issue.

Courses and customer ticket system are broken (full of bugs)
I came across several critical bugs and issues during different courses. It's not possible to finish even the most hyped career track "Associate AI Engineer for Developers" as it returns an API timeout error when trying to submit the solution in a specific exercise (course: "Working with the OpenAI Responses API). And whenever I reply to the customer support emails, I never get a response back, so either their ticket system is broken, or their support team does not care. Both is frustrating as a paying customer.

I'm very disappointed with my experience with datacamp I had an emergency that wouldn't let me continue learning this month that I subscribed for and I asked them for a refund after around 3 days of subscription but they didn't want to help me with the refund at all I even told them that I want to comeback later to learn but they didn't really care even when I told him I will share my bad experience online they didn't care at all on their customer experience nor their reputation. Very poor experience.

Hidden cancel button and unexpected price increases
DataCamp processed an automatic renewal charge of $161.29 on my account without sending a single advance notice or renewal warning. Worse, when I immediately went into my profile dashboard to cancel the service, the cancellation option was missing from the user interface. Customer support makes it incredibly difficult to get help, forcing users through a slow AI chatbot instead of letting them speak to a human. I haven’t even used this service in two years and did not authorize this charge. I have filed an official complaint with the FTC and an active dispute through PayPal to recover my funds. Avoid this company if you value transparent billing.

Awful subscription practices
Awful subscription practices. No way to cancel on android and it will take forever to cancel on web. They go as far as to show a website to working at the end after 25 steps to cancellation. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. DO NOT SUPPORT SCAMMY BUSINESS PRACTICES!
