3 kits, 0 results (1 year later...)!
I ordered 3 kits during the 2024 Black Friday sale, and sent them in for sequencing as soon as they arrived (a few weeks later). As of today (Sept 30th 2025), almost a year later, the samples are still just marked as "received". Also, no response to repeated inquiries. That means the 600 euros I spent are likely just gone. It might be cheap, but they basically steal your money it seems. I won't hold my breath for any data to come out of this...
