The product is great, but the subscription is for life.
The product is great. The process was clear and the reps were helpful with original fitting issues. However, this was, without a doubt, the single worst experience I've ever had trying to cancel a subscription. I could have exited a death cult with less effort. Every interaction with the company is designed to prevent you from canceling, and their CSRs are ninjas of obfuscation ("it will ship 10 to 14 days from when we start to work on it"). So...why did I cancel a great product? Utter lack of transparency about their constant production delays causing credit card charges up to 6 months in advance of shipping. If you choose them, be prepared to pay, wait, and wonder.
