Buggy website and Support Hotline!
Booked hotel without user account. Website says "as advertised on Google". When I refreshed the website after a payment error the booking date got changed. Careful when you're first payment try falls. My bad I guess? 0/5 for the Support. Can't reach anyone without the reservation number and last 4 Digital of phone number. Tried three times. It only ever works on the seccond try, even when entered correctly. Every time my call got dropped immediately after a short "stay in the line".
