Grand-kitchen nebulizer
Well, I wish I had seen this site before I ordered from grand-kitchen. I saw an ad for a mesh nebulizer and thought it would be great for travelling. I am 70 years old visit my family often. The first time I tried the nebulizer I put in batteries. Tried several different times and could not get it to work. I then used the power cord they supplied. Worked pretty well and served it's purpose 10 or so times. Loaded it with my prescription and it wouldn't work. I tried several charger cubes even a new one but to no avail. Wouldn't produce anything. No little light. So, I emailed them. They wanted descriptions and what happens. After a few back and forth messages they wanted photos of the nebulizer and a video of it not working. I only have an old laptop that does not take photos or video to send. After I explained that the said they could offer me a 10% refund which amounted to $2.29. what a joke of a company. Never again.
