I was expecting a package from Amazon
I was expecting a package from Amazon, shipped to the Philippines. Ninja Van is the delivery agency used by Amazon for deliveries in the Philippines. I had ordered many packages from Amazon in the past and had most deliveries to my home with Ninja Van had problems with "Delivery Unsuccesful" email. While they were eventually delivered, this time I never received the item and it was RTS "Returned to Sender" due to 3 failed delivery attempts. Thing is, I live in a secured community and each time Ninja Van sent me a "Delivery unsuccesful" email, I was home and security stated that no deliveries were attempted to my house. I had been notified by Amazon that there was an issue and Ninja van required more information. So I sent an email to Ninja Van support offering to provide any necessary information. But the email was ignored and the package was never delivered. Ninja Van failed on 2 different levels: 1. Customer service ignored my initial email and subsequent inquiries. 2. The drivers lied about attempting to deliver my package. So because they failed in their obligations to provide service, I was the one who suffered the frustration. Ninja Van should be forced to enter a new "performance" based contract, where they are paid for each delivery based on customer satisfaction. Either they would go out of business immediately of management would finally wake up and force the employees to do their jobs.
