Ordered a women’s Rolex in February
Ordered a women’s Rolex in February, said it was in stock, (it wasn’t) waited 2-3 weeks for delivery. Most recently watch got moisture inside bezel(big non no) , now the watch has 2 year warranty from OMI. Not able to speak to 1 person after multiple calls/emails. Ended up taking watch to local authorized rolex repair shop. Was told the crown was not right and the crystal was ready to fall out. Spent more than 2K (of my money)having the watch fixed so I could wear it😳 horrible customer service, especially when purchasing such a high dollar item, shame on you guys. Buyer beware . I heard Bobs watch’s is the way to go, unfortunately it was too late for me.
