Absolutely terrible customer service…
Absolutely terrible customer service all around! Ordered a personalised gift with my childrens picture for fathers day - the website claimed delivery would be before then. We are now 3 days away from fathers day and my package today with my children’s photo has been left outside a random person’s door! Hazel from CS has denied me a full refund and cancellation of the order which was rightly requested and as a result has led to this scenario to unfold. I have requested in every email that she passes on the matter so someone more capable to deal with customers. She has however kindly offered me 20% off my next purchase and has returned initially 50% of my postage and today kindly claimed to have returned the remainder! Her advice for safeguarding my children’s face and personalised item is to “check the neighbourhood and ask around”. Absolutely disgusting.
